For products that are in stock, your delivery will be shipped to you in 2 to 3 working days, unless otherwise specified on the product page. For services that are ordered, you should expect correspondence from us in 1 to 2 working days, with the next step of the process.
Can I stack multiple products into one delivery?
Yes, this can be arranged by contacting us and we will get a new quotation for the combined delivery. Please bare in mind that this will add a day or two to your order process to accomplish.
What if my payment doesn't go through?
If your payment doesn't go through for any reason, please contact us so that we can find possible ways to overcome the issue and make sure that you can receive the product or service that you require.

With our easy to use payment gateway, there are a number of ways that you can pay for your order - from debit and credit cards, to instant EFTs, PayPal and even Bitcoin!
What if I receive a damaged product?
As careful as we are to do quality checks and send off your precious products in the best state, sometimes things do happen. Kindly contact us with pictures of the damage, or a description of what isn't working, as soon as possible. We will then request that the product is returned and either send you a replacement, or if one isn't available, credit your account with the purchase price.
What are my delivery options?
For all of our products, orders are sent via courier over 48- 72 hours. If you live in the Johannesburg area and would like to arrange to fetch your order, kindly select "local JHB pick-up" on the delivery instructions. As we process your order, we will contact you to set up a time and day for your pick-up.
What happens when a product is out of stock?
If there is a product that you would really like us to get back into stock, kindly pop us a message and let us know! The same goes for products that you would like to see more of in the store.
Can I buy a Gift Voucher for someone?
Yes! Gift Vouchers are an excellent gift or prize. Once you have purchased a Gift Voucher, you will receive a code emailed to you, to send on to the recipient.
Can I ship an order as a gift?
Yes! If the order is intended as a gift, please fill out your details under "Billing Address" and the delivery address of the person to whom you are sending the gift under "Shipping Address" on the check out screen. Be sure to include special instructions for our team or a special message for the recipient of the gift under the "ORDER NOTES" section.
